Medium colour intensity with an attractive light pink colour and pale ruby red trims.
Young rosé with powerful intensity and with aromas reminiscent of dried apricots and pineapple, with a pleasant white peach background.
On the palate: fresh and vibrant, with a fair acidity. Long and appetizing aftertaste reminiscent of dried apricots and raspberry.

Pairing suggestion: paella made from seafood and fish, shellfish, white meat, fish, soft cheeses and not overly seasoned pasta.
