Grape variety: 50% Montepulciano and 50% Sangiovese
The grapes are grown in the area of Ripatransone (Piceno DOC) in Marche, where the soil is sand with limestone presence.
They are picked and collected in bins, maceration in stainless steel tanks for 6-9 days. Aged in stainless steel or concrete tanks, then aged in bottles for at least 3 months.
The result is a ruby red wine with fruity aromas, long lasting taste on the palate with a good tannin structure. Organic product.
