Cinabro is made of 100% Bordò grapes, (selection of ancient plans, local Grenache clone)
The grapes are picked, maceration in wood vats for 8 days. Aging and malolactic fermentation 115-litre oak barrels for 30 months. Aged in bottle for at least 6 months.
The result is a ruby red wine with red fruit aromas with a hint of herbs. Intensive, persistent, tannin-rich and very elegant wine.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
